At Agrishield, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring your confidence when purchasing online. Our return policy applies to unused items and is separate from warranty claims. For details on warranty coverage, please see specific product warranty.

We offer returns for refunds, including sales tax, on orders within 30 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused. Once an item has been mounted, connected to hydraulics, operated, or shows any sign of use, it is no longer eligible for return unless it qualifies for a warranty claim.

** Please note that items marked as Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. **

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and initial shipping costs are not refunded.

– If more than 30 days have passed since the date of shipment, certain items may be eligible for return for store credit. Prior authorization from Agrishield is required, and returns will be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis.

– Customers are responsible for securely packaging item(s) for return to ensure they arrive in “like new” condition. If an item arrives at our facility damaged or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund request.
